What Gives Our Shampoo Bars That Creamy Lather?
We're constantly asked what gives our shampoo bars that lovely creamy lather. What is in our shampoo bar to give it a creamy lather rather than a sudsy lather. Nothing wrong with a sudsy lather which is fine for the body but a creamy lather is better for the hair.

We use only the finest ingredients in our shampoo bars and we have two types: 1. For normal to Dry Hair and 2. For Normal to Oily Hair. If your hair is normal enough (Define normal I hear you ask!) then either type is perfectly okay to use.

Castor Oil Is The Key Ingredient For Creamy Lather
You will notice that both types of shampoo bar have some common ingredients such as olive olive oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil and sweet almond oil but the one that is key here is the castor oil. This thick oil is really amazing for its thickness. This thickness is what gives the creamy texture to the lather.
It's this creamy texture that coats the hair and lubricates the strands and allows the body to absorb the goodness of this shampoo into the hair follicles. When rinsing the hair its this same creamy and thick lather that will take all dirt and impurities away leaving your hair squeaky clean, conditioned and moisturised.
