I've blogged about this before and I'll blog again about the benefits of avocado oil on your skin. I can't say enough about it!
Everytime I eat avocado, I say to myself "This is for my skin" Of course It's not only for the skin as it is very beneficial for the heart, eyes, brain, mood, and them there bones!!
Packed with Vitamin E and C it is both moisturising and anti-infammatory. People with inflammatory skin conditions such as Rosacea could benefit from eating half an avocado a day. And they could rub the residues left on the peel of the avocado on their cheeks. That's where most of the anti-oxidants are found
These same Vitamins E and C fight free radicals which contribute to the premature ageing of the skin, keeping the skin nice and firm and taut.
