Oils For Your Face

Not all oils would be good for putting on your face.  For example, coconut oil is comedogenic, meaning it can clog up the pores in your skin.  I stay away from it for my night face cream.  There are so many other oils out there, sweet almond oil (found in all our night face creams) and sunflower oil (found in our facial oil cleansers) that are excellent moisturisers and won't contribute to pimples.  

Other oils that I love to use for the face are 

  • jojoba oil
  • apricot kernel oil
  • avocado oil
  • argan oil
  • rosehip oil
  • evening primrose oil
  • vitamin e oil

All of these oils in combination are super for your face.  I believe that putting them all together is a very efficient way of improving your skin and complexion.  Some of them are high in vitamin c, others in vitamin e, and using all together ensures that you're getting all minerals and vitamins your skin needs
