Daisy Daisy Lazing about in the Field

Don't you just love daisies?  There's something so happy about them.  Happy and innocent at the same time.  Pure simple merriment!!

And when you see one individually up close, you see how complex they are, how stunningly perfect and sophisticated!  

Anyone remember making daisy chains as a child?  How you used your nail to cut a slit along the stem of daisy one (without breaking it) and put daisy two through that  hole and then doing the same with daisy two for daisy three and so on and so forth!!  We used to do that for hours on lazy summer evenings.  Not a care in the world.  Lost in time and pure honest pleasure.
