A Carrot A Day.....!
What does eating a carrot a day do?
Well an apple a day keeps the doctor away!! But what about a carrot? We all know that carrots are high in Beta Carotene which is good news for your skin in that it improves its elasticity and health as it gets converted into vitamin A. Carrots also contain vitamin c which is vital for the production of collagen and is anti-oxidant and helps fight free radicals.
So a carrot a day might keep the doctor away as well as keeping your skin at bay!!!
It can also be used topically. They say that it protects the skin from UV rays. I'm not advocating this though!!!
