Astringent Toner For Acne Sufferers
Looking to reduce the sebum production in your skin? Are you acne prone? Need to cleanse the skin, dry out those poor tired, and swollen pores that need tightening? Here's a recipe for an astringent toner for your face. It is also with antiseptic properties by way of apple cider vinegar.
Black tea, when applied topically will reduce inflammation, tighten the pores, reduce puffiness around the eyes, brightens up the skin, reduces blemishes and might be anti-aging
Baby cologne, free from alcohol is so mild that it can be used on babies. I have never used this myself when my children were young. But it is widely available and this recipe calls for it.
Witch hazel, also widely available online and in health stores, is astringent, has anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties, and has been proven to be very effective in treating acne.
The apple cider vinegar needs no introduction with its antimicrobial properties. It is a general all round healthy substance to take either internally or topically for the skin
