Solutions to Hair Problems
Don't worry! Most of these problems listed above have solutions
If you hair is damaged and dry this is probably due to dyeing your hair or excessive heat to your hair. You might try find a dye that doesn't contain ammonia or harsh chemicals (easier said than done).
But also, you can try to combat this dryness by putting olive oil into you hair the night before you wash it and leaving it on the whole night with a cap on and possibly a plastic cap too (to avoid getting oil on the pillow)
You should be careful when brushing your hair after washing. First of all, a good quality brush is essential and secondly gently brush the hair getting rid of the tangles slowly but surely.
Avoid drying your hair with excessive heat. Turn you hair dryer down a notch or two. Heat is really damaging your hair strands
If the problem is hair thinning, I suggest going out along a canal or river to find Horse Tail and bringing it home, make a brew with it and rinse your hair, after washing it, with this brew. This can be done as many times as you like. It contains silica which has been known to help hair growth. But I've also heard recently that Brazil Nuts are really good. You can eat 3 a day and you might see some results. I cannot vouch for this but I would give it a try! Otherwise hair loss can be treated by your doctor.
To get rid of tangles, as I've said above, you must gently brush your hair to avoid splitting the ends. If it helps to use a tiny bit of argan oil to help then do so. They say also that using a conditioner minimises the problems of tangled hair.
Itchy scalp could be due to dry scalp. Again, as for the problem of dry damaged hair, you can use olive oil on your scalp or even castor oil. Rub it in gently into your scalp and leave overnight. Wash out the next day. If you liked, you could use a few drops of Tea Tree in the mix. It really helps with dandruff that might be a problem due to dry scalp.
Do you suffer from greasy hair? After washing your hair as normal, why not try out a rinse with apple cider vinegar, or tea tree, or green tea, or witch hazel or all of them? All of these are supposed to be good if used on a regular basis for greasy hair.
I can't emphasise enough the value of your diet when it comes to the general health of your hair. A good balanced diet with plently of fresh fruit and vegetables, lots of water, and very little processed food will go along way to ensuring that your hair looks and feels healthy, shiny and full of vitality. Say goodbye to Dull Hair!! Regular brushing your hair gently stimulates the oils in the scalp and will make your hair shinier.
In short, be good to your hair and it will be good to you!! Get plenty of rest and exercise, drink lots of water, eat well, and live well. Your hair and body will thank you for it!
