Problem with Head Lice?
Are you having difficulty or problems with head lice in yourself or you children? Is it persistent since schools started back in September and you're finding it hard to get rid of it in the house? These medicated solutions not working? Are you scratching your head off with bafflement (and the lice) wondering how to solve the problem?
Solution for Head Lice
Below is an example of what you can do during the coming holidays to finally get rid of the lice.
Let's assume it's yourself that is infected but this will also apply to children or other members of the family.
- Make up a solution of tea tree and lavender essential oil in oil. About 3 drops of each to two tablespoons of oil. Ordinary kitchen oil will do. It's just the carrier for the very important essential oils
- Rub this solution into your hair and scalp twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Wear a hat and keep the hair up (if it's long hair). Make sure that the solution has reached all parts of your head and hair. Do not wash the hair yet.
- Do this for 3 days without washing the hair. 72 hours later, wash your hair with your everyday shampoo and rinse off. Next, use a conditioner (one that you ordinarily use) and with a fine comb through your hair take out the lice and eggs. They'll more than likely be dead now but you still want to get rid of them. This process should be thoroughly done. It might take up to 10 minutes altogether but is worth it.
